Getting Started with Facebook Ads
Facebook ads are a great way to target a local audience in your area. That being said, getting started with the whole process can be extremely intimidating! I want to help ease the pain by breaking down the process for you. Get started right now so you can begin affordably marketing your name, brand, or listings!
The first thing you want to make sure of is that you have a Facebook Page for your business. Whether it’s a Personal Real Estate Page or an Agency Page or any other type of business that you want to promote with Facebook ads, you’ll need a page for it.
If you already have a page, or after you’ve created your page, go to business.facebook.com. If you have already created a business manager account, you can sign in with that now. If not, hit Create Account.
When creating your account, you’ll need to sign into your personal Facebook account which will link the two accounts together. After doing so, you’ll need to add your pages! I’m going to assume your page isn’t linked yet. You should have a big green button to add your page. Go ahead and click that! If your already an admin on the page, you should be able to very easily add yourself to the page! If not, you’ll need to be given permission to the page by an admin of the page.
You’ll also need to add your ad account! The Ad account is what allows you to create ad campaigns, ad set, and the individual ads themselves and track how they are doing! You should be able to hit the
At this point, You should be able to go into your Ads Manager and begin building Campaigns, Ad Sets, and Ads!
